The company owns independent professional R & D team, advanced molding manufacturingequipment and testing equipment. While we have more than 300 professional junction box iniection moulding machines200 professional production lines, 100 automatic punching machine and automatic assembly machine,we areconfident to offer the quality products to our customers.

Production Capacity

The Zhejiang factory has a production area of over 200000 square meters and a daily production capacity of over 800000 sets, meeting the daily demand of customers at home and abroad for over 450MW. The Vietnamese factory has a production area of over 10000 square meters and a daily production capacity of over 200000 sets, meeting the daily demand of overseas customers for over 100MW.

The quality control level improves as the company management levelpromotion, following the lS09001/14001/45001.Through a series ofmanagement assessment as the practice quality policy, guarantee qualitygoal, grasps each quality link tightly.In production process, we strictlyrequest working instruction, inspection standards, carrying out earnestlystrictly to the inspection system, using the mature working instructionin production. As the quality control, the company maintains collectingquality data momentarily to know the product quality weak link with the aimof seeking the corrective improvement promptly.
